I was really looking forward to this weekend because I have three days off (Sat. - Mon.) - but then a major snow storm started yesterday evening, it's still going right now, and I was gifted with a snow day today...so four days off work! It's like Christmas...except with a blanket of almost knee height perfectly white fluffy snow (we didn't have much snow on Christmas this year).
Howard's not the biggest fan of Winter. Despite bundling up in a sweater and his warm jacket he's literally shaking 10 seconds after stepping outside. I mean, he is all of 8lbs so you can't really blame him I guess. My mom saw some kids and dogs on the news having a blast outside in the freshly fallen (falling) snow and I thought, Howard should experience the fun of snow...if only for a few minutes. He literally took one step outside, I picked him up for this photo, and then I put him back inside. The poor guy was just not a happy camper. I mean, look at that face! It looks as if he's saying "don't even try and kiss me you heartless cow - bring me back inside. now."
Gotta love him. He's such a diva.
